- DOT evaluations - This evaluation is required by the Department of Transportation for any individual who tests positive for drugs or alcohol in a work related setting. The evaluations are completed by Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) nationally certified by NAADAC (National Association for Addiction Professionals).
